Customer service is not existent and communication is extremely poor. When you finally get a hold of someone, you get promises without any follow through. It has been weeks since I requested that they fix a problem with initial install and I’m not getting any where. Extremely unprofessional company.

While getting the estimate was a breeze and the install itself went fine there was some gaps in coordination. The install teams showed up a week early, which I said was fine and they were just going to go ahead and get it done. I unlocked my fence gates and cleaned up dog poo and then looked and they left without saying a word. Then the day of the install they were scheduled between 9 & 10 AM and didn’t show until after 2 PM with no call to me and no calls back when I left voicemails checking to see if they were still coming.
