I can not express how happy I am with our new door installed Friday from Conroe Door in Conroe! I am beyond impressed with the workmanship that went into the installation. The door itself is so beautiful. They stained it for us with Red Mahogany. I have only amazing things to say about this company and their staff. They were so nice to work with! Thank you so much for making my house look so lovely! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for quality! 100% Worth every cent!

I recently had a pre-hung door and an glass door made from my measurements there. Both were high quality and fit like a glove. The glass door, I hung in the old casing. I slid the hinges together, popped it three pins and it fit like it grew there. Everything lined up perfectly. I'll never buy a door anywhere else.

Most of the Staff here is very condesending! They act like your annoying them when you ask for help. I can't believe this is Conroe, Normally ppl here are super friendly! But not this place. How they stay in business is a mystery based on some of the same reviews I see here! I will take my business somewhere else, where they treat you like they appreciate your business!

If i could give ZERO stars i would! The establishment is nice and the prices are great but the customer service is AWFUL! It was as if i was a stain that they were unable to remove from their expensive rug. I was pleasant and nice of course, and expected the same courtesy being that I am the CUSTOMER. Here is what happened: My husband sent me to this store to pick up something for some wood for a project that we are doing around the house. I walked in and the lady behind the counter seemed irritated that i was there, i explained what i needed and asked her if she could cut the wood. With an

Helpful staff and varied selection of doors and hardware. All price ranges from cheap to expensive. You can order doors from a catalog or they will custom make one in their shop. Prices are comparable to big-box stores, and in some cases are less - however selection is much better.
Note you must have patience as they are a small family run shop are usually busy, but they are very helpful and know their products.

If there was a way to give this place zero stars I would. We visited this place on a Friday afternoon and the lady, whom never gave her name, seemed so annoyed that we were there. I have never been around a sales person that has zero personality and frankly just plain rude. She, blonde/gray haired, blues eyes, medium build, needs to find a job where she has no people contact. Please take your business elsewhere!!!!!!!

Went to Conroe Door to get a quote. The man and women (owners?) behind the counter never smiled, nor did they greet me in any way. BOTH looked at me as if I were bothering them. They took my information down without any interest whatsoever. Remarkable they can stay in business with such poor customer service.
