Went in with an order for two table top glass. Was told two weeks as they were busy. I went back a month later and they weren't completed. I asked for my money back and was told two weeks for a refund. I was also told that I'd have to wait the same amount of time any place else. They cut the glass and a few days later I went to pick it up. It looked like amateurs did it. I would highly advise to stay away from this place. They are not professional and produce very low quality work. Go to a professional business.

I hired them to replace the glass in 3 windows when I first moved in. One of the windows was in a room I am not in often. A few months later I noticed the window in that room was not sealed correctly. I also decided to change out a few more windows and assumed they would seal it correctly if I brought it to their attention. I made sure to ask them to check it when they came out to replace the other windows. I was assured they would. Unfortunately I was not home when the windows were replaced. When I got home I realized the window that had not been sealed correctly was not fixed. I called the technician

They installed 3 windows and one was not sealed correctly. After several attempts to speak with the owner I ended up hiring another company to fix their shoddy work.
They don't seem to care much about doing it right the first time and not calling the customer back to discuss the issue is u excusable.

Poor quality installation of shower enclosure as well as unprofessional behavior by the owner, Steve.
Prescott Valley Glass installed a two sided rimless shower enclosure as part of a bathroom remodel. The glass was measured incorrectly and ended up 1 inch taller than the tile. One of the mitered corners of the metal track that the glass sits in was poorly configured, with sharp points on both the inside and the outside of the shower, sharp enough to easily cause a cut if you ran your hand over it. The general contractor had Prescott Valley Glass remake and reinstall the enclosure.

I had to have a windshield replaced. During the replacement the installers chipped the paint. Normally this would not have been a big deal but in trying to get it fixed they sent me to a body shop that quoted almost $1800 to basically redo the entire roof. I had never been to that body shop before so I went to one I know and was told it could be fixed for about $60. Mind you this was 3 weeks after the chip happened I told this to PV auto glass and they agreed to pay for the repair. After many phone calls and several times being told that they would come and drop off the money, by 2 different people
