Robert was called to inspect drywall termite droppings in the dining room floor. He came out and inspected under the house only in that section. I had to crawl under and ask him to do a thorough inspection. He came back and treated the one spot, which I kept asking if it was adequate as the house has spray foam insulation underneath. This place is a rip off. We had to call Terminix to come out and complete the job. The inspection was done poorly, the tech Rob only treated one area if our home and when we reached out to him our calls were ignored and was told to spray vinegar. Wanted to support someone local and it was a complete disappointment.

The technician was very professional and took the time to explain what the process was in order to get rid of the termites. The price was also $400 cheaper than some of the other companies that I priced around. I paid $450 where some companies quoted me $1200.
