We offer sod installation for new and existing yards and in wide variety of different grass species. For new installations we will do the prep work to ensure that your new lawn will be level and have no drainage issues and has a solid layer of top soil to help with important 2 week growth period after laying.

Dethatching is probably exactly what it needs, dethatching is the process of removing the dead grass that is stuck below the surface of your lawn.
