I've tried to deal with these folks several times. I won't be back. Called to make a service appointment. Waited over three weeks to get in. Dropped my truck off on the day and time they established and was advised someone would call me. A day and a half later I called. I was told my truck had not been looked at and it may be several days before they could get to it. Why did I make an appointment if it was going to be days before they could look at it. I'm done with this dealership. Poor way to do business.

I knew going in that I would need to custom order my Wrangler. Neither the dealership nor the salespeople made any attempt to sway my decision, despite having a ton of vehicles on the lot that may have been more profitable for them. During the ordering process, the salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the packages available and even had some input that changed my opinion on some of the packages, resulting in a better deal and better jeep in the end. When it arrived, they had it ready to go home before I even arrived at the dealership and the final purchase process was

Absolutely joy to deal with this dealership. They did everything they could to get as close to my magic number even though it was not possible to reach my number, they got me to a happy place relatively quick and made me a very happy customer. Think of the best possible treatment you could get while buying a new car, then do me a favor and multiply that by 10x or so, that may come close to how happy I am with my experience with this dealership.
