Beltone has very good products. Also the Dr/technician was very thorough. But the initial down payment was $500. Which for many people is 'out of reach'. And the total cost was close to $5,000 for hearing aids that took care of the two problems of someone like myself who has problems with volume and clarity. On the positive side the cost covers adjustments needed; and periodic tests to see where a patient's hearing is at. The products of Beltone are very high tech, but out of reach for many people cost wise. The costs covers office visits also. So; positives and negatives.

I have always been very satisfied with the professional care and personal caring of the Beltone representative in Cleveland, TN. Chris has always addressed any concerns I had and resolved the problem. His receptionist, Sara, greeted us at the door, offered coffee to my wife, and made us feel very welcome. The doctor was amazing! I had previously gone to a doctor who tested my hearing and he told me I needed hearing aids. I called my insurance company and was told to go to Beltone. I made the appointment and went, we got to Beltone and the doctor saw me immediately and explained EVERYTHING to me. I did the hearing test and he told me I don't need hearing aids. He could have told me what I had already heard and sold me hearing aids I didn't need. He didn't he was honest and very kind. Would I suggest people who there? YES I WOULD!
