Hardscaping with flagstone mortared onto steel reinforced footing and grouted - in Sonoma County. A beautiful wall and flagstone patio-a great example of our hardscaping expertise at work. Eco-friendly landscaping design with low-water and low-maintenance plants - it's Going Green! Landscaping we did in a beautiful backyard with bottle brush, lavender, and Mexican feather grass.
The goal of Hillside Landscaping is to foster a unique company that provides quality landscape design and services. To sell, grow, and install high quality nursery stock and to create a working environment which is harmonious with and respectful of our clients. We are completely dedicated to creating beautiful and functional landscape designs.
We also work and live by "Going Green". We have our own mulcher that enables us to take old branches / boards from projects and make mulch versus filling up the dump. We also encourage the use of smart sprinkler timers and water usage according to weather patterns. Formal landscapes and lawns are heavily dependent upon mechanical equipment, labor, pesticides, fertilizers, and supplemental watering.
Artificial turf has been gaining wide-spread usage and popularity here in California and it's not difficult to see why. Probably the most obvious benefits of installing an artificial turf lawn is the money saved on your water bill and the time saved from not having to mow or trim it. Since artificial turf lawns require no water, this valuable natural resource is freed up to be used in more urgent places like farming.
Bruce Schneider has worked on my landscaping project for many years now. He has helped me from the initial vision that I had to analyzing my temperate zone.
