Blue Ribbon Home Improvement is one of central Minnesota's premier contractors. Based in St. Cloud, We provide a variety of home improvement services to the Twin Cities Metro and Central Minnesota. Licensed contractor Steve Sauer founded the company in 1998, and hasn't looked back. His passion is making a house a home and is not satisfied until his customers are.
We did it everyone. We made it through another Minnesota winter. And although 2017 has been fairly mild in the St. Cloud area, the cold weather and storms can wreak havoc on the outside of your home. My grand mother had a roof done 12 years ago and she had leaking recently so she called to have it looked at by Blue Ribbon home improvements the very people Who originally installed the roof, but they said “the warranty had lapsed just recently “so she had to have another company to come out to look at it,They found the boards underneath the roof That should’ve been replaced when the roof was put on were rotted. And this company conveniently was just passed the warranty when they didn’t do the work properly in the first place! I don’t Recommend blue ribbon home improvements to do anybody’s
