Added new addition/extended dining room, new deck, re-shingled and extended roof over new addition and deck, intalled wood floor (livingroom, kitchen, hallway and new addition) and ceramic floor in bathroom.
They went out of their way to meet our requests and exceeded our expectations. Great Team to work with and highly recommended for any/all type of home repair and construction.

I had Ben and his company come to finish our basement and we couldn't have been happier! The whole crew was very professional and were actually able to finish the job earlier than expected. Ben worked with my ideas and also was able to figure out inventive work arounds for situations that arose. Ben walked us through the whole process and showed us how and why they were doing different processes. As far as pricing, they were in the middle of about 4 local companies we had quotes from, but the quality was high. O’Linchy Construction is amazing. They built 2 porches for us and they are beautiful. We’ve had many compliments for them. Ben and his guys are professional and friendly. Ben along with his crews are very responsible and respectable people. He has done a few projects on our home. A bathroom remodel from floor to ceiling turned out great. Ben’ experience and craftsmen ship are well documented in his pictures and customer responses. We called and ultimately went with this company, but in the end, feel like it was a mistake. We had two attics for them to do, and the fully measured the one attic, and the other attic, which was just over a single room, they just measured that room. When they showed up, they blew in R-60 insulation in the main attic, and when they packed up, I asked about the second attic. They played dumb and claimed they didn't measure, yet they charged me for the square footage. They wanted an additional $860 for the second attic.

Bravo!!! This company is hands down the greatest. My partner and I had a addition built on our house. We took are time looking for the right contractor to make our chicken scratches on paper reality. We were right on with our decision by picking O'Linchy's Construction they knew what they were doing and did it in a timely manner. We will recommend them to our family and friends. We love our new space and look forward to doing more projects with them in the future.

There were some things we liked about the work performed, but the finishing and follow through was lacking. The reason for only two out of 5 is because we reported a problem, he replied, then has blown us off. This leaves me feeling disappointed and surprised by his actions when he has gotten such good reviews. He presented himself very professional, had good references, so we trusted that he would be the best one for the job. We have lots more work to be done in our house, but would never consider or recommend him considering the experience.
