Having an air conditioning issue, I contacted A&A Heating & Cooling at 8:30 AM, was scheduled for a service call the same morning, and was provided a follow up confirmation text within minutes of my call. Prior to their arrival I was again contacted and provided their projected arrival time and which was within minutes of the original scheduled time. Upon their arrival, I met a very courteous and professional service technician who analyzed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and performed the repair quickly and efficiently. A&A was the service provider through the American Home Shield Warranty that came to do a HVAC tune up.
First, Brandy, who did the scheduling was so nice and prompt. She called and we scheduled an original date for them to come out, however I had a conflict arise and had to reschedule. When I called her back to reschedule she was nice, friendly and worked to help me get rescheduled as quickly as possible.
Second, They use an app text message services so on the day of the scheduled services I received a text message informing me that a technician was on the way with a link to track their arrival
