Joe Weber Sr. emigrated to Southern California from Germany in 1962 with the dream of building a heavy equipment grading and trucking business. Since then Joe Weber Equipment & Excavating has grown into one of the most widely trusted construction services businesses in the Southland area.
For over 51 years our family business continues to accumulated a near-perfected knowledge and experience that spans all segments of heavy equipment grading work.In the eighties and nineties Joe introduced his sons Leo and Joe Weber Jr. to the family business and instilled in them a commitment to excellence.
Only after learning all facets of the excavation services industry did Joe Sr. hand the boys the keys to the business. Eventually, after Leo and Joe Jr. were made in charge they began to further develop company services into areas where their expertise could be utilized. As a result, the business grew and the company worked its way into the public works sector.

My boss had me look on yelp for a local excavating company to handle one of our plumbing projects. We found Joe Weber, and let me tell you what an amazing family run company. It's very nice to see a father and son working together, in what I thought was a lost art. They are truly genuine people's and very courteous & professional. I highly recommend their services.

Joe Weber Equipment & Excavating Inc. came in and did all our site work for our new home which included removal and compaction for building pad and slope cuts in the rear yard. He and his crew were wonderfully professional to work with and worked effortlessly with our architect, geologist and even the neighbors.
