I went to Marco Home on Saturday, August 29, 2020 around 2:00 in the afternoon. The store was not busy. There was one other customer and two working employees.
Nobody acknowledged me as I entered the store and looked around for 15 or more minutes. I then walked up to the counter and politely and professionally told the woman employee how much I liked the store! She had no response. I continued to look and the employees never asked me if I needed any help or anything! The silent treatment!
If you work at a store, you need to be polite, professional and check in with your customers! ABSOLUTELY
