A huge thank you to Chad at Keystone furniture. I was very unhappy with the quality of couch I originally purchased and was not able to get help resolving the issue until Chad stepped in. He came by and looked at the couch and was able to get full credit on the couch for me. I selected a replacement and am very happy. Thank you! Looking forward to many more purchases with Keystone.

Clean and spacious store with nice variety of well made furniture for living room, dining room & bedroom with mattresses, lamps and wall art as well. No large kitchen appliances. Many Made in USA brands. High end to medium prices with good sales. Excellent experiences with Ed and Charlie as our salesmen! Delivery was fast and delivery guys were careful and respectful. We just purchased two living room suites since End of May 2020. We've shopped here for many years. They service their LaZBoy furniture and offer an extra purchase fabric protection plan where they will get the stain out for you. Love
