Services
At Precision Paving we offer skid loader and light backhoe services to grade or re-grade existing driveways, laneways, or parking lots. We can also widen driveways or excavate and install new driveways. We remove grass, sod, ground, old blacktop, concrete and tree stumps depending on the size. We install drains, culvert piping, and drainage pits.
Are you wondering if seal coating your driveway is necessary? The answer is YES! Your asphalt does need protected and preserved. It needs protected from all the elements including rain, snow, ice, the sun and wear and tear from normal use. For instance, if you were to remove the paint from the hood of your car what do you think would happen?
If you are on a limited budget and can't handle the cost of blacktop, tar & chip is an affordable way to get a solid, quality driveway, laneway or roadway. There are several different options for tar & chip depending on what you can afford. Tar & chip can be applied over stone, millings/recycled blacktop, existing blacktop or existing concrete.
There are many different applications of paving/asphalt depending upon the condition of your driveway and the customer needs. For instance, to pave a new driveway or parking lot, you need to first have a substantial, solid, stone base. The base needs to be graded for proper water drainage and height at roadways, sidewalks, curb, garage floor and lay of the land.

My drive way was expensive & the work was meidoker. The company made a mess In front of my driveway and approximately 300ft up past my home stating the machine used had a leak. it looks horrible. The owner states there is nothing he can do. these photos speak for themselves. I don't recommend them Ever. shop around. Apparently this is acceptable because is not the actual driveway! Really?

They were the best price for paving our driveway, but they didn't listen to our #1 concern about water ponding after rain. They never graded or excavated and just paved it. Now we are still dealing with the same issue we discussed with them and looking at trying to fix their mess. We work hard for our money. Very disappointing.

Precision Paving was very friendly and professional. They came out to give us an estimate quickly and were right in line with other estimates we received. We decided on Precision Paving because they went the extra step to come out and talk with us and understand exactly what we wanted done. Our driveway was paved within a few days and it looks wonderful! I would definitely recommend Precision Paving!
