Jorge and Orlando did a first rate job at re-plumbing the crawl space from the master bathroom, and the sewer line out to the main street. They were easy to work with and kept us informed as they went along. Best plumbing experience we have had since being in Santa Barbara for 10 years.

I had Rooter Solutions come to my house in Montecito due to a leak that was causing water to drip from a light fixture in my down stairs bedroom. I was terrified that whoever we called would rip open walls just to find the leak. Fernando was FANTASTC, he was able to cut 2 small holes about 4"x6" to look into the wall to find the leak. It was determined that the leak was coming from a loose connection behind the wall from our hand held shower wand. He was able to tighten the connection and add a silicon seal. The water stopped and was relieved. Thinking I was going to have huge holes to repair the

Told them no one would be home until 4:15pm. Get a call that they are at my house at 3:15pm. Says he'll be back at 4:15 but never shows. I call and returns next day around 9am. Immediately begins selling unneeded services such as replacing pipe. Had a difficult time getting salesman/plumber to actually try to clear the drain. 90% of his time was spent selling me on additional services. It sounded like he used his snake to clear the drain so I paid the $54 plus a small tip but after the salesman / plumber left I turned on the water and the drain backed up exactly the same as before his arrival.

Not too happy about the "bait and switch" tactic with this company. Can you say "rip off"? I kept getting flyers in the mail advertising "$54 Drain Cleaning up to 100ft. in length" When I called them to arrange cleaning the roots out of a 3" PVC pipe leading from my gutter downspout out to the street, about 60 feet long, I was told the price was only for inside drains and that it would be a minimum of $125 for the job. I said "What? For probably a 15 minute simple job?" Yes, we have a one-hour minimum. Total scam and I just can't recommend this company and their false advertising.

After seeing damage at a relative's house when her sewer line backed up, I decided to have my inside and outside plumbing inspected, since it never had been in 27 years. Rooter Solutions used a hi-res snake camera to do the inspection, and although the pipes were in pretty good shape I had them Hydro-Jet them to make them pristine.
These guys are professionals, and they showed up on time (and smelled good) and were careful about cleanliness. I recommend their services.
