3 years we bought a leather recliner and couch which we spent over $3,000 for both pieces. We were told that this was very good leather by the sales person. There is just my husband and I that use this furniture and once in a great while guests. My husband sits on the recliner and I sit on the couch.
Well the leather is cracking on the recliner part of the couch which by the way is NOT where I sit. Two portions of the couch the leather is fading and another spot is actually peeling.
I called and was told to text pics. The response I received was that the leather only has a 1 year warranty. Hansen
