Tried multiple times for them to come out to look at our pool filter bc it was leaking. The first time we called the man was nice and told me a few things to try and to call him back if it didn’t work and he would get us on the schedule for the next day. Every time we called after that they gave us the run around and it was like they did not want our business and were trying everything in their power not to come out. We understood there was a service charge of $125 and didn’t care. We just wanted someone to come out and tell us what was wrong with the filter and to fix it. Luckily Another

EXTREMELY wonderful gentleman gave me advice on 7/20/17 1:45 pm to help me save money on my pool system instead of needlessly spending money on a technician which I was ready to do out of sheer frustration. I am just elated over how nice he was & even though I've not yet fixed my own issue I just had to share my experience and do them just diligence by allowing ppl to see for themselves & not just choose a competitive pool company for obvious reasons.
