Destin Locksmithing canceled on me without telling me. They rescheduled on me and never showed up for the second appt either. I rebooked with another company, and found out that Destin Locksmithing is a scam. They will often take money up front. Whether they ask for payment up front or not, they do not show up. SCAM. DO NOT HIRE. (Note that they never apologized or called me to make this right. They care more about their online reviews than they do about running a legit business.)

Not so sure I’d recommend this service after years of loyalty and service. We have always called on them and waited for their guys to come out and yes paid high rates of $325 etc, but that was okay because we enjoyed working with this company. Well not so much anymore. Time to locate someone else. Disappointed in their recent service and customer service ability.

They charged me $100 for a service call not including parts and labor. They advertise a fixed location on Highway 98 in Miramar Beach Florida. We went there only to find that they are not there. When we called they offered to make a service call. No apologies for the misleading Ad, or the $100 overcharge. I asked that the manager called me back. He never did.
