This bounty alarm is a piece of CRAP, I paid yearly monitoring but she, Eileen did not do monitor my premises, last year my back door was opened but nobody called , until my tenant called me.
This year 2020 , I intentionally put the alarm goes off see if anybody call, at least 5 times. Nobody called, advices Eileen but she said you should tell me ??? For WHAT!!! You are monitoring company

I had been a customer for 22 years in Morganville, NJ. We just closed on the house. Ilene and her staff were always available whenever I called. Their service guy, Vinnie, is the one who comes out should there be a problem. He is very friendly as well as knowledgeable. The monitoring station was also very good.

This is the best alarm company. The service is great. The same person (Vinny) comes to do all service calls. He is very friendly and professional and always takes care of the problem. The central monitoring station is great. Eileen ( in the office) is wonderful. She calls you back in a timely manner and works with you on billing issues. I have used this company for over 10 years and I would highly recommend them!
