Got my septic tank pumped the other day. Been very cold. The tech called me and said it would be worth waiting til my driveway was clear enough for the truck. He kept me in the loop and reached out to me when it was time to give it a go -- in keeping with my schedule. Once he was there, he and his partner got right to work. There was no mess and the tech gave me really good information about my septic system in general. Very reasonable price. Very pleasant experience. I will be going back to them in the future.

These guys are awesome Chris and his two guys Harold and Jon are extremely professional, kind and informational they told me everything that I needed to know and could be known for a homeowner with a septic system. I did not know anything before they came and now I feel like I know everything after they left .

We had a septic emergency and many other companies either would not talk to us or were too busy. Chris and All Star came to the rescue in just a few hours after we called. It was an emergency call and it cost double but it is done. They pumped out the tank and we were back in buisness, at least for a little while. Looks like we have some issues to takes care of but I am sure Chris and All Star will fix what is needed.

Had lingering septic problems at a small rental house on the farm. Tree roots had grown into the system that probably goes back 50 years. Had the trees cut down, located the tank and then found All Star Septic to pump the tank and lay a new line from the house to the tank. Chris did a great job and made it easy on me. Price was fair for each of us, and he finished the job by seeding and strawing the area that had been trenched.
It's a thankless job operating a "honey wagon," and I am most grateful to Chris and All Star Septic for helping me solve those issues.

If your place has a septic system then read on. All Star damaged my property with their pump truck, but accidents do happen. I contacted the owner, Chris Boucher, and after a long conversation, he promised to fix the broken item. He did, but it was a very poor job. In the end, it was not worth the hassle of taking him to court. Not for a couple of hundred of dollars. The topper was when he left the wife with 'custom' septic bacteria (available at Home Depot) for 5x what it was worth. She thought it was part of the service. When I read the bill, we were charged $50.00 for what

Chris is extremely reliable. He has to drive through our horse pasture to get to the pumping site, and it can only be done when the ground is dry, so when we need pumping, we need to get him here during what is sometimes a short window of time. He always manages to fit us in. We have an old fashioned system so we need him fairly regularly - his reliability is much appreciated!

We regularly have had All Star Septic pump our septic tank for about 12 years now. It is recommended for a family of 3-4 for about every 3 years, so it's probably been about 4 times now.
Mr. Chris Boucher is professional and reliable. He is busy because there are a lot of homes with septic systems in the area but he has always been able to schedule an appointment convenient for us and arrive on time.
I highly recommend purchasing the green "man hole" cover to save the extra time and money to dig to access the tank.
