Maintenance is your first defense in prolonging the investment of your driveway or parking lot. Every year we are faced with repairs caused by the harsh climate in the high sierra. Sealcoating seals the asphalt pavement, preventing the oxidation and erosion of the top layer of asphalt. Sealcoating replaces fine particles lost from the asphalt surface due to snow removal, use, wear and oxidation.
Nuvo Gap is a hot-applied polymer modified asphalt binder combined with specially engineered aggregates and modifiers designed to fill wide cracks and potholes to prevent water infiltration and restore ride quality. Nuvo Gap is formulated with a low viscosity for ease of installation and enhanced crack penetration.

I called Janet and said some of the sealing was flaking off the driveway at our home in West Shore, Tahoe. In 2 days, she called back and said Lakeside would take care of it at no charge. This was just a small part of the driveway, and it was probably due to my irrigation run off. I had some cracks, so I told her to do the entire driveway. Her team turned off the irrigation, repaired the entire driveway, then activated the irrigation system when the seal had set. When we arrived, the job was complete, and we could not tell where the cracks used to be! Great company to deal with; fair, reasonable
