Excellent from start to finish. very friendly knowledgeable staff, beautiful indoor showroom, very responsive. huge selection and beautiful products. most importantly: the phone was always answered promptly by a real person, they always delivered on their promises:ie would be there EXACTLY when they said they would for templating and install. never a run around! i would shout from the hilltops to highly recommend this business! thanks to the whole team for a wonderful experience. my new kitchen is a masterpiece thanks to ilkem!

These guys were the best. I shopped around quite a bit, and they offered the best service of anyone I contacted. They have a huge warehouse with tons of product that you can examine in person and make your selection from. Met both the owner and the president who were both patient, helpful and honest. I would highly recommend them.

I met with Ersan Dunbar, president and gave him my sketches for vanity countertops, he showed me the materials and the undermount sinks. He then gave written pricing for project. I needed to bring my wife back to pick countertop stone color. I came back with my wife, brought with me written quote and Ersan was not there. I showed to their salesperson and then Alex quote and they refused to honor it and said there was a misunderstanding on my part. Also they said they called Ersan and there must be a misunderstanding. You would think he would want to talk to me since he was now on the phone and
