Lanternflies are fairly predictable as far as where they feed. That being said, we can assess the property to locate the specific host trees that we know the lanternfly feeds on and provide a treatment plan for those specific trees. We use a variety of spray applications throughout the season as the Lanternfly progresses through its life cycle.

I just had a first class experience with NIckett Landscaping. I contracted Nickett for fall cleanup, lawn aeration and seeding, pruning and french drain reconstruction. From the first phone call the follow-up was OUTSTANDING! I did not have to chase them once. Scott the estimator showed up exactly on time, incredibly knowledgeable and very honest about what needed to be done. The estimation, scheduling the work and the actual work were all done at the highest quality level. This was my first experience and will not be the last. It is refreshing to find an organization that values follow-up, overall

Nickett Landscaping did a great job at our house!
They installed an outdoor drainage system, that captures runoff and is also tied into our downspouts. We no longer have flooding and runoff issues even in heavy rain storms. Then they graded and seeded the lawn, I had to water it but it grew quickly. They also did some river rock stone work and planted an shrub.
The crew that did the work was great and Scott was responsive and easy to work with. Thanks!

The absolute worst landscaping company I have ever done business with. In June of 2020 we had multiple plants installed and I've had to pull 3 and replace myself because they died. We also currently are on our 2nd year of a lawn and weed program and continue to have weed problems. They also mail you an invoice along with the invoice left at the door and try to charge you an invoice processing fee. Just bad business all around. Do yourself a favor and try to just do it yourself and save hundreds of dollars or use a more reliable and higher quality company.

I contacted Nicketts Landscaping because I had so much water running down a side walkway and onto my new patio and beyond. The previous small drain could not handle the large volume of water and my yard would flood and the water would rise up to my back door. I actually had to shovel water away from the back door so it would not get inside my finished basement. A nightmare indeed! I called Scott and he came out and he was confident and concerned as to my situation. He saw photos of my yard under water and reassured me that he could help. He came up with a plan and when he showed me the estimate

I had used Nickett for several years for mulching my flower beds. The jobs were good. Not great but they were quick and efficient. Last year we had landscaping replaced in front of our house and the beds expanded. Some of the shrubs they recommended did not do well at all. To date, I've had 4 die. They replaced one but after that I decided I was done with them. Upon closer inspection, all shrubs were planted poorly - root balls not completely buried, not enough mulch. Just sloppy workmanship. And they are not cheap. Do not think for a moment that because they charge a lot that the quality is there

I have had Scott and the Nickett Landscaping team out for multiple projects at my home, and clearly by my continued use of their company I have nothing but great things to say.
I've had two major yard drainage projects done at my home. The first one worked so well I had another one added to the other side of my home. Not only does it work great, you'd barely know the crew was there, they take such care to ensure the lawn sees no damage.
I've also had Nickett install a retaining wall and it turned out great. I would highly recommend Nickett Landscaping to anyone.

Before you use Nickett this would be worth the read if you are having a decent size project done.
We needed to have new beds, trees, and bushes added to our property. We went with Nickett even though they were on the higher end of companies we had quote (family recommended them who have also since ceased using them because of their own issues with them). The total cost came to over $7K with Nickett. In the first year, three trees dies, and two bushes. They were replaced per contract. Two of the new trees (worth $700) didn't look good with in the first week of being replace, which I raised alarms

I love everything about these folks, including the people I have spoken with at the office. All very nice. When I heard how low the price was, I was expecting a "so-so" job. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our grass has looked perfect all season. SO glad I found them!
