Services
If you're looking for strength, hardness, and durability, this is the best available North American species. Hickory has a coarse grain and can vary in color from nearly white to dark brown. This is simply a clear top-coat, allowing the natural characteristics of the wood to be on display. These finishes are achieved by applying a stain and wiping off the excess, allowing the natural wood grain to remain prominent.
Distressing is a way to make your new cabinetry look as though it has already weathered years of use, lending a familiar feel to your design. We have may distressing options that can be used individually or in any combination to create the desired effect. We also provide a pre-defined set of distressing options that are used together to create the "Renaissance Look".
Laminate and RTF (rigid thermofoil) are used where an economical and durable finish is required. Often used in commercial environments and secondary rooms such as laundries and offices, laminate and rtf can also offer unique or visually interesting options that would be expensive or impossible to achieve with traditional finishing techniques.
