I emailed them about work l needed and nobody ever responded back :(
They did get back to me a few days later, had them start doing some work in November 2020. I will update this again when everything is completed.
Updating 4/9/2021, all work has been completed and I'm happy with their professionalism. I will definitely use them again

Critical: Responsiveness
Had someone come out to get an estimate. Said they would email me the estimate the next week. Never got the estimate. Called to ask about said estimate. They said they would have the person call me about my estimate the next day. Never got a call back. Not very professional at all!!

We've had nothing but good experiences with Legacy. Have used them going on 4 years now, had roof repairs done etc. Always professional, always fair with pricing, and always able to complete the work competently. No roof leaks. Also, very helpful as well when recommending others when we've run across the the very few things they don't do themselves. Highly recommended.
