I can truly understand why Laughlin has been in service for 33+ years is because of their loyalty to customers and their customer service. I won a gift certificate during their anniversary weekend celebration and I used it to purchase my new headboard. Jenn and Derek, especially Derek was very knowledgeable about the inventory and help Ed me purchase a beautiful new headboard. Charles and Gaston came earlier than my delivery time which was great. They greeted us upon arrival and after assembling the head and footboard explained how to assemble the slacks if I decided to go back to regular bed instead

Let me start by saying how nice it was to be greeted when we entered the store. The ladies were extremely nice. It was such an easy process to buy a couch and loveseat. They were even able to deliver next morning. The delivery guys Gary and Charles did an excellent job. They were friendly yet professional and made sure we were happy with the placement of our furniture before they left. Great jobs guys!!! If you need furniture this is definitely the place to go!

10/19 ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STAFF-- esp Tracy & Pat... Feel like we have been friends FOREVER!!! Found EVERYTHING I needed/looking for at fantastic prices. Will go back!!!
10/30 Drivers delivered furniture and they were MAGNIFICENT!! The furniture was ready to use once they put the furniture in place. I wanted to put felt pads on the legs and they graciously held the furniture for me to put the pads on the feet (to keep from damaging the wood floors). They were very expedient using their time to "do their job". I love Gaston & Danny!!
11/4 Ordered more furniture and was greeted by the entire staff

We bought a sectional, and a farmhouse dining room table last week. Went went back this morning and purchased a loveseat as well. This place is great! The people are so friendly and helpful. The prices are unbeatable and the furniture is absolutely beautiful! I am so thankful my best friend told me about this place! Love it! Thank you Laughlin Furniture!

I was referred to Laughlin by a family member. I was not disappointed. The friendly owners & staff were more than happy to help me. I felt no pressure and received great advice when I asked for it. I purchased several pieces the first day and went back on another occasion and purchased more. The delivery staff is wonderful as well. They’re very careful and thorough.
