I couldn't be more please with their professionalism, honesty, and knowledge. I've not needed help in too many areas and had to find someone who could come out the same day due to having my elderly mother in my home! Air conditioner stopped running during the night, woke up to a warm house! Called them in the morning and said they'd be out that afternoon sometime between 3-5pm! They arrived a few minutes after 3pm, and 3:30-3:45pm my air was working and they were on their way!
Love that they are a couple who take pride in their work as well as being in the neighborhood!!!

Just wanted to share how awesome Loggerhead air is!!!! We had two separate companies come to our home to say there was no way of fixing our AC. I believed Loggerhead was coming out for just an estimate on a new unit and was shocked when they fixed our AC in an hour and said it had maybe two years left. I am beyond thankful as I work from home. They were friendly, and beyond anything else truthful and fair!! I highly recommend Loggerhead Air!!

I love that Loggerhead is a young couple who live kind of in my neighborhood. They are super nice and explain things clearly. It's very hard to find a company that I feel that I can trust and I trust these guys completely! My sister also used them to have a new system installed and they were also extremely pleased.

These folks are super helpful. They helped me troubleshoot my ac problem. the blower motor had went bad. I replaced it myself and a few months later they came out because the ac was freezing up. Told me what the problem was, offered a quick fix for the mean time, and gave a quote to fix the problem permanently. Their quote was lower than 3 other companies I reached out to. These people help you and do the best they can for you. I won't use anyone else going forward.
Edit: I got the work done and they were quick and clean. Seriously, best ac people around!! Couldn't be happier with thier work.
