Critical: Professionalism
We have used spartan one time and the lady who answers the phone is alittle ruff, but the staff that come out were very professional. So we had to called them again 3 yrs later, let's just say the lady is the rudest person. So we went with 24/7. Good business starts at the beginning of a phone call. I would not use them again.

I called Spartan Sewer & Septic on Friday morning not expecting to get ahold of anyone let alone have same day service. Dan and Travis came out to our home 2 hours later. They were SO knowledgeable, and were determined to find our septic tank and lines. Our inspector could not find the tank and had told us mis-information on what was likely there. Highly Recommend Spartan Sewer & Septic! Called the company with a septic emergency this past Saturday morning. They had someone out within a couple of hours. The technician diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly and we were back to enjoying our weekend. They even offered advice on what we can do to try to avoid the same problem in the future.
