Miguel and his son came by and cleaned our common area carpets in our condo building in Noe Valley. These carpeted stairs are a high traffic area and there were stains. They were able to remove the stains quickly and the price was reasonable. The carpet looks brighter and stain free. I highly recommend their service!

I had three area rugs that were in need of a good deep cleaning. M and J carpet cleaning was easy to communicate with, came out quickly and did a good job. We did not have any major stains or issues, so I can't speak to that, but the carpets are definitely much fresher and their quote was the lowest that we received.

I had a fairly decent experience with M&J. They were both very pleasant people and were quick and efficient. The cleaning took an hour from arrival to departure.
What I didn't love was the fact that I was quoted a price over the phone and was told that it would be 25% more once they arrived. While I could understand if I had a massive carpeting or asked them to move furniture, but neither was the case...again, an hour from start to finish.
They agreed to the phone quote, but being that I paid more for the cleaning than my previous cleaner, I doubt I will call again.

I highly highly recommend M&J Carpet Cleaning. They did an amazing job cleaning a carpet that has never been cleaned in 14 years! It was stained and dirty. They were able to get rid of the dark stains and now the carpets are brighter and cleaned. I had heavy furnitures on coasters which allows me to slide the furnitures across the room. They were kind enough to move the furnitures for me. This father and son's family business did an awesome job.

Our tenant had extremely dirty rugs and told us no carpet cleaner could put a dent in the carpet. He said we'd need to buy a new one after he moved out. Well he was wrong - M&J cleaner made the carpet look fantastic. They worked extremely hard to get rid of the stain and completely transformed the space. We used them in the apartment we left as well and we were very impressed w/ their work there and were able to get a full security deposit on our move out. Quick response even on a late night Yelp quote, had me scheduled on my preferred day, SHOWED UP! and ON TIME!!, very pleasant and professional (masks and shoe covers).
I was able to add a 3rd rug and fabric on my dining table chairs, all for a very reasonable price.
Only critique is making sure water is wiped up if you plan on leaving the rug on wood floors. I had to remind them, and they quickly complied.
