Cabot House, family owned and operated for over 100 years, is one of the finest furniture retailers in the industry with east coast locations from Maine to Florida. In 1912, Robert's great-grandfather opened a small furniture store in Haverhill, Massachusetts. His son William and William's wife Rose worked in the store for several years before opening their own retail furniture store known as Boston Furniture Company.

We are so thankful to have walked into Cabot House Furniture in Framingham and met Mary Stefanides. It was our first visit to Cabot House, and the selection and layout was simply amazing. We were purchasing an entire new house of furniture and Mary led us through the many luxury brands in the showroom, explaining the benefits of each manufacturer. Her knowledge and passion for interior design was evident as she assisted us in finding pieces that worked together between different brands, and worked tirelessly throughout the process drawing a common thread between all our choices. Designer Mary Stefanides took the stress out of my living room "refresh." She was receptive to my ideas, and quickly guided me to the manufacturers and products that would suit both the project and my budget. Her enthusiasm for design is infectious and it was a pleasure to tour the Cabot House showroom in Framingham with her. Mary gave me some great options and advice, and it was truly a collaborative process. I met Mary Stefanides from the Framingham office accidentally. I called that office and she picked up the phone. I inquired about a piece of furniture that I wanted to buy for over a year but did not know how to get it done for a reasonable price. Mary was ready to help right away and knew what to do. She quoted the best price I could get for some time. With that success, we started planning a purchase of a new sofa-sleeper that I also needed for one of my bedrooms that was almost empty after someone who lived there died.. She sent me a lot of pictures of different brands explaining the quality

Staff was great about keeping their distance and keeping their masks on, and more importantly they were thorough about answering my questions. I recently worked with Mary Stefanides in the Framingham Cabot House and it was a pleasure. She was knowledgeable, efficient and so easy to work with. Mary went out of her way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my choices, coordinated my many fabric and trim choices with ease and has updated me on my arrival timing without prompting( something no one has ever done before!). I highly recommend her.
