Very friendly, efficient staff, clean facility, very functional facility, with user friendly hours.
They need to repair some of the luggage cart wheels that have lost their rubber tires. Otherwise, we had a very great experience renting two different lockers from them over a year and a half period.
We will use their community service again!

I was assigned to locate storage units. Was quoted a special over the phone. My boss went over to rent the Unit & not only did they refuse to honor the special, they also jacked up the rental rate! They said that the person who answered the phone is in another location & refused to honor the special that would have been the deciding factor between Aloha Self Storage and their competitor. I had to ask if there were any specials and advised here that I was trying to meet or beat their competitor.
We, generally, need quite a bit of storage so it's THEIR LOSS!
