I worked with Brian Q and he was very professional, I purchased the bathroom wall tile from him, and ordered shower floor tile. Unfortunately, the shower floor tile was backordered and would not be ready in time for my installer, I worked with Brian, and was able to source an acceptable alternative.

Long story short, we had bought tile from a store in Jacksonville (it was to be shipped from Arizona) but it was lost somewhere in Atlanta! We had already lined up Italy Tiles to do the install and we were so fortunate when they had tile immediately available that was very similar to what we wanted. Patricia and Sergio came to the house to measure and gave us an estimate very quickly that we were happy with. Doing business at Italy Tile & Marble was a very pleasant experience. I stopped there initially because it had a much wider assortment of tiles to choose from than the inventory I was finding at other stores. Sergio and his wife Patricia were very helpful and accommodating through the whole process of picking out and ordering materials, and they did a beautiful job installing our new tile floors and modifying existing closets. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do either a partial or complete renovation, and I will definitely be using them again.

I am extremely pleased with the work Italy Tiles and Marble performed in my home. Patricia and Sergio (and staff) were outstanding in helping me make decisions, from selection of materials to options for bathroom remodel. Not only did they install tile flooring throughout my home, they also remodeled my bathrooms. Since I wasn't local during part of the remodel they updated me with pictures. We decided to remodel our home and found Italy Tile and Marble. This company is the best! I am thrilled with the work Sergio and his family did for me. We had luxury vinyl plank installed and it looks fantastic. It is amazing on how much it can brighten and update a condo. It is economical and easy to maintain especially living at the beach. I was so pleased with their work and professionalism I had them update my kitchen with a quartz counter top and a beautiful glass tile backslash. I highly recommend Italy Tiles & Marble.
