Our aim is simple: create beautiful spaces for our friends and help make our community a little better. It's the principal we based North Iowa Kitchens on when we started in 2008 and it's still our focus today. Back then, an offshoot of Crown Point Builders, Inc., we channeled our construction experience and passion for great design into kitchen and bath remodeling.

First, We meet in your home to get detailed measurements and discuss your goals and vision for the space. This step is exciting, the true beginning of your remodeling experience. We've designed the entire process to be just that: Exciting. Relax knowing that you have a team of expert designers, managers, and craftsman focused on your project.
Next, we get busy creating different layout and style options. Form, Function, and Fashion. We know that there is much more involved in your space than just one or the other. We take care to include your needs, wants, and wishes in our design presentations. This is the nuts and bolts part of the process, where shapes, sizes, and placements are determined.
See different choices of designs, finishes, and budgets. We meet in the showroom to go through design options, color and finishes choices, and ranges of budgets. We'll walk you through 3D renderings of your space so you can visualize different colors and finishes just as they would look in your space.
Narrow down options and make final selections. So many choices! Don't worry, you've got our team to guide you through all the options. We assemble all the materials to complete your project. Although you're bursting at the seams to start demo, wait up! First, we gather all the materials, set a schedule, and verify all the parts and pieces. This gives you time to start preparing too. We provide handy clear storage totes to help you sort and store your items while construction is in progress.

When I called to talk to them about a kitchen remodel, they told me they are out of countertops and would be out for 6 months. What kind of business runs out of a product that they specialize in? And for 6 months? That's just crazy and seems that they aren't a very efficient or well run business.

We completed our home renovation with North Iowa Kitchens and couldn't be happier. Jennifer, Lynne, Paul and Michael were wonderful to work with and made our house a home with collaborative effort, hard work and wonderful design input and execution. We couldn't be happier not only with the finished product, but also the wonderful team we worked with at North Iowa Kitchens. Every decision - even if it was the hard route - was made as if it was their own home and achieved beautiful results. Stellar communication, excellent planning and final execution were top notch from this professional family
