Sun Custom Builders is a privately held construction management firm located in Palm Harbor, Florida. Its founder and state-licensed building contractor, Allan Rosenbaum, has been focused on custom residential and commercial buildings in Pinellas County since 1970.
With nearly 100 years of combined design and construction experience, the Sun Custom team has the expertise to provide our clients with a turnkey experience from project inception through completion.We work closely with a team of structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure that our projects exceed industry standards and are completed as scheduled.
Our subcontractors and tradesman understand that many of our jobs require work to be done after normal business hours, on weekends, and even on holidays. Our core group of subcontractors has worked with us in excess of thirty years. Our track record of dedicated customer service and delivery of quality projects has earned us the trust of many "loyal customers."

Bruce and Sun Custom are some of the most professional folks we've ever worked with. Bruce personally came by the project EVERY single day, sometimes more and double-checks AND supervises. This is UNICORN unheard for any other contractor I've worked with in Florida. Basically Bruce is professional and gives a "you know what" about his work, his reputation and you being pleased with the value and results. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Sun Custom Builders did an unbelievably incredible job with the total remodel of our newly purchased condo! I attribute the complete success and total satisfaction of the job done to Pat Flammia, Vice President of Operations. Pat is a true maestro when it comes to organizing, managing and following up with his orchestra of fine-tuned sub-contractors. Every phase of the project was completed with exceptional guidance and communication from Pat.
