Frank officially joined the SERVPRO family in 2014 when he started SERVPRO of Bryan, Effingham, McIntosh, and East Liberty Counties, a scratch franchise in a new territory. Since then he has grown the territory tremendously. Everyone with ServPro was very prompt, courteous, and professional in dealing with our water issue. I did not know who to call or where to begin. Big shout out to Servpro of Statesboro! I really want to thank their team especially Christy Smith for always being available and everyone that had a part in removing and remediating the mold situation in our home. They helped me understand every part of the process, always did what they said they were going to do, had constant communication with me and most of all gave me confidence that once they were done our home would be safe and clean. Servpro of Statesboro was professional in every way possible. Fire in Home – Jon and Mike helped with the cleaning and removing of the items in my house. The whole team was very helpful to me. Christy helped with the insurance company,companies to clean and restore my stuff and anything else she could do for me.
