I don’t normally do reviews for services as most businesses simply provided the work that they are being paid to do. However, the team from Big City Asphalt, went above and beyond the expectations of the agreed scope of work. It was evident in the first 10 minutes of work that I chose the right company.
Adam and the guys from Big City Asphalt were professional and very knowledgeable. Everyone knew their part and performed it flawlessly. They were extremely polite and respectful of my family and property. I can’t say enough how please I am with there end work. I have already made plans with them for future work. We called Adam to replace our driveway which needed extensive repairs after 19 years. Rather than sell us costly services that we actually didn't need, he did an overlay of new asphalt and left the property with everything looking like new. His crew were professional, considerate, and friendly. They left the entire area perfectly clean. We will be calling him to do more work for us in the near future.

I do not understand all the good reviews for this company. I had a very poor experience with this company and tried to contact them for resolution and nobody responded. They quoted me $1,200 to seal my driveway because I needed 2 coats. I have a very small driveway, and Adam K, the rep reduced the price to $800. Recently I got another quote from a company that's been in business for 27 years and they only quoted $200 to seal my driveway.
