These guys were performing work in one of the alleys in downtown Bend. Their truck was blocking the alley. I repeatedly asked them to move their truck so I could proceed safely down the one way. They refused, the one guy mocking me saying I had plenty of room and that he wasn't going to move the truck.
When I called the phone number on the truck it ran multiple times and then thru to voicemail where I heard the other guy turn around laugh and state "He is calling my phone".
The pure rudeness has now put this coming on my DO NOT CALL list.
