I called Servpro for cleaning of our ducts which never happened. They called 3 MINUTES before our scheduled appointment and canceled due to emergencies on their end. They said we could reschedule for the next day, but they wouldn't guaranty even coming out. I'm guessing more emergencies on your end! What kind of business are you running? Is this how you treat potential customers? We have a mold emergency here at our house. Your production office just chooses which appointments to cancel? I immediately made a call to another company today, our appointment is scheduled and will cost $200 less than

Couldn't tell you - they never showed up. I had three (3) appointments scheduled over the course of a few weeks. Literally every single one of them were canceled due to emergencies on their end. I took time off from work to be there on all three days. The last appointment was scheduled for Monday (6/24) and literally 3 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, I get a phone call stating they're unable to make it. Called somebody else immediately. I mean I get emergencies, but three times in a row? And who calls somebody 3 minutes before they're supposed to show up to tell them they can't make
