One of the two single garage door openers broke. I had to manually open and close the door and called asking how I can resecure the manual release so the door would be locked. One of the brothers talked me through the entire process on the phone without any assurance I would call back to have them fix the opener.
I replaced that opener with them, decided to replaced the other as well since both were almost 25 years old, and then called back maybe a year later and they installed 2 new beautiful garage doors. These guys are a throwback to the era of solid work ethic, professional customer service

I cannot compliment Josh and Andrew enough for their expertise, patience and downright friendliness. They replaced my 20 year old opener, fixed a socket in another opener, programmed the remote for all my three garage doors AND the homelink in my car (I usually hate to play the 'dumb chick' card but they were so charming and quick that I realized i should just leave it all to the experts!) within an hour. My husband spoke to Andrew on the phone before he came to our home. He could immediately tell that Andrew knew his stuff! We had another company provide us with a quote on fixing our garage door openers before Andrew with Legacy came to our home. I used "Best Pick Reports" and "Five Star Home Review" and only two companies made both recommended lists. I called and gathered information from 6 different companies. I discovered the companies with the lowest price were offering me low rated doors. My final decision was made when I called a number I saved in my phone, that turned out to be Legacy. It was a gentleman that had offered to stop by and help me, free of charge, years ago for a repair on doors they didnt install. We have our new doors and highly impressed with every step.
