Professional installation. I had lots of concerns about them removing my old 1994 windows without damaging either the inside or the outside of my home. But they knew what they were doing and I'm glad I called them instead of doing it myself. Replace 10 windows in my home in one single day. The windows themselves are beautiful well built and do exactly what they say they do. For a fraction of the price over some other companies. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone that can't afford $30,000 through Anderson to replace 10 windows the savings is astronomical. The attention to detail was perfect

I purchased the echoview windows. The salesman was experienced. it took about six weeks to get in because of the Covid and no one working I ordered five and they are absolutely gorgeous I got the white, no grid and I’m very very pleased. The installers came in and did a very good job and cleaned up after installation. I had no problems at all. I do rate this five Star.

I would have liked to have given the job a 5-star rating but couple of things keep me from doing so.
First, the quality of the windows is outstanding. However, the interior seams were not smooth and had razor sharp edges sticking up from the metal. Vincent did what he could to smooth them off, but we still had to go over several windows to eliminate some of the burrs he missed or didn't completely smooth.
Second, several delays in the installation were disappointing. The promised two day job took six. Most days had start times of 11 am or after noon. One day I received a call that said they would

We were very happy with the entire process. The reason we went with Legacy is because Mr. Smith was very informative. He took his time and answered all our questions. The installation was done by Vincent who was very professional and did an extremely thorough and neat job. I would highly recommend this company.
