Kincaid Septic

Great guy that really came through for me, and I so appreciate that he is here for our community!

Had a great experience with kincaid septic. Bonus is he shows up when he says. Was very informative. Definitely will be using him in the future.

I am newer to country living and Trinity not only did a GREAT JOB cleaning out my septic-he gave some very helpful advice. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a plain speaking, hard working guy!

Upon arriving at our families lake house, we were disheartened to discover a huge mess due to septic tank issues and I thought that was going to be the most disgusting thing I saw that day but I was mistaken. The real mess didn't occur until Mr. Kincaid, the dim witted proprietor, took the liberty of groping my paraplegic aunt while her nurse was occupied elsewhere. His professionalism is as bad as his glaringly apparent case of pink eye. We won't be calling back with our future septic business.

Rude and overly aggressive in tone and demeanor! Not sure if that guy should be allowed to be among the populous. Serious anger issues!

Excellent service. I called in the morning and they arrived that afternoon to drain my septic tank. They dug it up, inspected it, drained it, and covered it all within an hour. Very friendly and answered all of my questions. Kincaid has my business going forward. Thank you for the great service!!!
