If only I could give negative stars! Worst. Experience. Ever. In. My. Life. I have never wanted to do a yelp review until this moment with All Pro.
American Home Shield assigned them to me on May 1 for an AC issue. Office Manager was short with me, but it's summer and hot here....I just let it go, thinking she was busy. Techs diagnosed an issue, great! Then I got the bill for all the extras All Pro said I needed and AHS didn't pay for. I called to ask, and was told it's just the way insurance is...and some other things...but since it was over 100 degrees, I was game. I

We got lucky when our refrigerator quit working and got Dane as our service tech. We called American Home Shield Warranty and they sent All Pro air out..The lucky park is Dane the service technician has the knowledge to diagnose our problem within minutes and get our refrigerator back working again. I highly recommend Dane at All Pro Air for showing up early and quickly getting to the problem and solving it.

All Pro was assigned to a washing machine repair from my home warranty company. They came out on April 9th and told us that the basket needed to be replaced and that the washer cannot be used at this time. I called my home warranty company on Saturday (the 11th) and they contacted Denise who said they would have a report to them Monday. No report was done until Wednesday (the 15th), and that was only because my home warranty called and asked for it because I called every day. Let me state that all this took place during the middle of the COVID crisis and having a washer is a MUST!!! All Pro's report

After the great service I received today from Robert and Scott I needed to write this review. My insurance previously assigned me to another local AC company they came and never returned because the job was too difficult. 3 weeks later I was assigned to All Pro Air and they got the job done in just a few hours. Customer service was great from the introduction call all the way to the very end. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

Nothing worse than having no AC in this heat. Robert and Scott were fast, efficient, professional and most importantly honest. I received a previous inspection of my AC unit and was told that I needed a new one installed. I’m glad that local company decided to never reply to my emails, phone calls, or even those of my insurance company. Because of that I was redirected to ALL PRO and they got the job done!!

I should have read the reviews when we were assigned to All Pro Air from our warranty company and asked for another provider. Waited 3 days to fix our air during the summer. Two weeks later, problem persisted and All Pro Air told us we had to wait 5 more days (without air conditioning in 100+ degree weather) for them to come out and fix the problem. Speaking with them by phone, they were not accommodating or sympathetic. Frankly, they were not concerned the problem was not fixed the first time.
UPDATE: They came for their follow up appointment. Technician told us he didn't allocate enough time

They came for a claim never got back to me had to contact my insurance to get a hold of them every time I call no one ever answers. Been calling the last 3 days trying to get a rep to see what's going on when will they install.. to top it all off there tech that came out was 2hrs late smh....
My claim started 2/19 it is now 4/15 and they have still not submitted my claim to my insurance so I have been without a unit going on 2 months and they never pick up when I do get a hold of them they brush it off and say it'll be sent tomorrow which has been 2 weeks and finally got a hold of them with my

They came out at the request of my warranty company. What they told me to my face and what they told the warranty company were two very different things. I ended up cancelling my warranty company, as I felt if that is the best my warranty company could send out, I don't need them! I would recommend if you deal with this company, it would be a good idea to get a written statement from them before they leave, so you will have some proof!

They came out to fix my fridge because the icemaker was leaking all over my floor And when they came out they looked at it And put on a new icemaker but did not fix the problem they looked more into the fridge found out there was another problem with the water wasn’t getting to the icemaker it was leaking out so they said they would have to order the part and they made an appointment to come back to fix it 6 days later we’ll today they were supposed to be here at 2-4 they called me at 3:47 to cancel the appointment after I left work 2 hours early to be here when they got here. So anyways now

Our home warranty company assigned All Pro Air on April 23 and from there the journey through the seven levels of hell begins.

After reporting a major leak from the A/C unit they came on May 7th and diagnosed a rusted drain pan. We were told that since the unit was so old it would be hard to find parts but they'd try. After authorizations they had a part ready to install on May 16th but when they came out to install the drain pan they broke the evaporative coil. Again, we were told parts would need to be ordered but that it would be hard to find them.

I would never use this company. I do not like the fact that our AHS even considered them. They wanted me to wait 5 days before they could even come out to check and see what's wrong with our unit. It's summer in Bakersfield so get real! Thankfully we went with empire and they came out same day and had it running the same day!
