Jeremy responded and came the day of my request. He located a part that was difficult to find, ordered and then came to do the repair as soon as the part arrived (which was the day before Thanksgiving). He did everything he could to insure I'd be able to cook the turkey. What a blessing!

Jeremy was very responsive, got to our dryer the day after I first spoke with him, identified the problem and repaired it on the spot. He had the heating element for my nine-year old dryer in stock in his truck!
