After almost 10 years of listening to the wife complain of having to drag heavy water hoses all around the house and yard to water all her (numerous) plants and gardens, I finally gave in and asked for help. Having a narrow crawl space (which I cannot go under) It was recommended I contact Brandon of DuoPro Plumbing to see what it would take to have a outdoor hose bib installed on the north side of our house.

Called on Tuesday spoke with someone in the office, explained the issues I was having and was told the person I would need to talk to would have to get back with me the following day. Now the initial conversation I had was pleasant I understood why I would need to wait for a call, but in that process I had explained why I was looking for a new plumber an that my other experience with a different company had caused confidence concerns. I would of assume a company would be eager to gain a new client it is now Saturday I’m still looking for a new plumber to address my concerns

Brandon and Gehrig are the best in the business period. Trust me, as an investor I've gone through a TON of flaky people and shady work. But these two guys are the best there is!

When Brandon came out he gave me an affordable quote, was honest about all the options, was professional and friendly! The day they came out for the job… they kept me updated, educated and informed in everything. They did exactly what they said for the price they said! I couldn't ask for any better service and next time I need service I will definitely be coming back.
