Everyone was very friendly, courteous and professional in answering my questions and insuring that the experience was a pleasant one. Calah, the salesperson, was particularly helpful, even to the point of calling and checking that I had gotten home safely.
I live about 90 miles from Brookhaven and am not certain that I will return to get service work done. The Jackson area is significantly closer. I typically have bought cars in the Jackson area since moving back to Mississippi and have no particularly problem in that regard, but Barnett had a car that conformed to all of what I was looking for

The staff is wonderful. The atmosphere of the whole place is just amazing. When you walk in you’re greeted with sincere smiles. Calah, who personally helped me, helped me fight the whole way through my messy process and it wasn’t easy but she never once gave up. When I was like whatever let it be, she said NO. This is yours and you don’t treat others this way. Period. She will forever be my friend and I am thankful for the PBN family and staff helping me so much.

I was very frustrated by the amount of time it took to finish the repairs. I was initially told that it would only take 2.5 hours to complete the work, but I was there for almost 7 hours. If I had known it was gonna take that long, I would have just dropped the vehicle off, rather than wait on it. I was also never updated on what the delay was or how much longer it would take. I was only told that the technician had trouble removing some bolts after I went to the service advisor and inquired after 4 hours of waiting. I was then told that it was almost ready, but it still took an additional 2.5

Words cannot explain how happy I am with my purchase! I have purchased many cars in the past but this place has by far been the best service ever! My experience at Paul Barnett Nissan was the most pleasant experience. Upon arrival I was greeted with excitement and warmth. My salesperson, Amanda, was phenomenal!!! Not only did she meet my expectations she exceeded in every area of service she provided. What a beautiful spirit……..What was even more overwhelming with gratitude was the owners wife greeted me with a smile and hugs. She sat there and listened and showed her genuine concern in multiple ways (now that’s taking pride in your clients). She stressed how at Paul Barnett’s they are all FAMILY and NOT employees—I just love her
