I called out Star Glass to give me a quote on a window with broken glass. They gave me a quote over the phone and sent someone out to measure. I paid the deposit and took the total out of my renters deposit. I'm the midst of the initial quote and install they called me multiple times asking me if I wanted to have someone come out and measure (they already had) go ahead with a deposit (I had already paid) and on and one. Fast airwaves to install day and they tell no oh, we can't fix your wi dow we will give you your money back. I told them that would. It work as I already gave my renter

Best customer service experience in a long while! Recently had a Boulder sized rock smash my windshield. After several failed attempts with other windshield replacement services, Star glass came through & came to me! Ricky & Dylan were perfectly on time! (after letting me know via call they were on their way) Walked me through an inspection of my car's scratches, dents & dings. Got right to work. 40ish minutes later I was waving goodbye. Will only call Star Glass from now on, thanks again guys!

One Year update still no leaks! Four Month update: Since the installation of my rear windshield we have experienced a lot of heavy rain. The rear windshield defroster works better than the old one and no leaks. Proving quality installation can go with a discounted price.

I went to Star Glass, located at the intersection of the Westbank Expressway and Claire Avenue in Gretna, after the rearview mirror in my truck came undone. Aside from being dangerous not having a rearview mirror, it became a problem trying to keep it from damaging my windshield or inadvertently triggering a call for help to ONSTAR.
Although I didn't have an appointment, Kevin wrote up a work order and as soon as a technician was available the mirror was reattached in short order.

I went to this place and the guy that give quotes was very rude and it felt like he was racist. He told that they didnt do the type of work that i needed. And another employee came in and said that it could be done. So after that the same guy that i had an issue with gave me an outrageous quote of 18$ for an 8x10 glass picture frame. And to cut a half gallon glass bottle 60$. I politely said thank you and left and found the same items for $2.99 at the good will. I hope that I'll NEVER have to go to this place again. I believe that the man should be checked for his attitude.

I broke my window last night and it was too late to call someone so this morning I called around to many different company's and thankfully Star Glass was able to come out this morning before I had to go to work leaving my house vulnerable. Literally could not have had a better experience. I live right off the parade route and when my back windshield broke in the middle of carnival I was desperate to fix it as soon as possible. I called several places around town and Star went the extra mile to get the glass I needed overnighted and installed super quickly (no one else even offered this as an option). Their team was friendly, intelligent, efficient, and really willing to do whatever was needed to get the job done. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Kathleen runs an honest business. I needed her in a pinch and she gave me options from sending a truck out to my bringing in the frame to have the glass cut on a window pane. Because she presented options, I was able to use the most time and cost efficient way to fix my window. Gary was great and professional and the guys in the shop are good people and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend Star Glass!

I experienced the unfortunate event of my car window being accidentally broken thanks to a situation between a rock and a lawnmower. Fortunately, Star Glass was where I was sent to have it fixed. Kevin contacted me immediately to set up an appointment and told me the glass would be in the next morning for it to be replaced. These guys were the best in any part of doing business with them. We had a break in to our house and a large double pane glass door panel broken. They were out the next day to look things over and found out they had my window in stock. Because we had an unsecured door, they find the installation in the next day and was even reasonable on the price. They have all my business from now on.

My husband was cutting the grass and a rock hit my windshield. I called Star Glass gave them my Ins. Information and they had the windshield replaced by the end of day. I called several glass companies before Star, as they are not the closest. Not only could every other company not provide me with an immediate solution, their customer service was a 1, at best, on a scale of 1 to 10.
Before choosing convenience I always consider the type of customer service I'm provided with initially. When I called Star, I was so impressed by the customer service that I received. The representative I spoke to, Patrick, was so helpful and asked questions in such a way that I knew he was asking them in order to serve my company as best as they could. He wasn't degrading
