This is a review for HVAC service. I hired Surgis for a custom condenser pan and unit inspection following a home remodel project.
Customer service was rather impressive. They were responsive, easy scheduling and all commitments were honored. I had two service dates in the same week (my pan was made and installed in less than 24 hours) and each time I received a confirmation the day before, a picture of the technician (Rene) assigned and a call 30 min before he was headed to the home.
Once there, he took the time to explain what was needed, recommendations to keep the line clean in between

Had a/c and heating system replaced. So far so good. This is first time using Surgi’s, we’re impressed by Trane on internet suggesting using Surgi. My last Trane a/c is as 34 years Trane old and heater was 20 years old. Blower on unit broke so I decided it was time to replace everything. Hope this new system is as good as the old one.

Renee was was on time, very professional and explained the problem I was having with my AC unit as well as options to correct the problem. He also checked my heating unit which is functional but outdated. Surgi’s will be the company who will handle all my heating and air problems in the future. I strongly recommend you call them if you are in need of air conditioning or heater repair.

I've been a Surgi's customer for over a decade, and have never been happier with any AC service in New Orleans. Surgi's may have been bought by a larger national concern, but the quality of their service, and responsiveness of their employees--particularly Rachel!--is exactly as excellent as I've come to expect from them over the years. Would never call anyone else. Ever.

Surgi’s quickly responded to my call. Was at my home the next morning. The tech was very knowledgeable and polite. He had all the parts that he needed and was able to resolve my problems in a few hours. My maintenance contract was reasonable and worth every penny. I receive excellent care. I utilized Surgi's for an HVAC inspection for a new property. The appointment scheduling process was very easy and professional (e.g., text confirmations). The day of the appointment, I received a text message that provided a photo of the technician and a link to track his arrival time.
Rene was incredibly thorough and professional and helped to identify critical issues that would have significantly impacted the safety and comfort of the home.
Technicians are armed with iPads, which enable them to process payment and submit their invoice and findings immediately. Highly recommend!

Surgi's recommended we do several things to improve our AC system - but after giving us a quote only did two of the three things promised. Their employees said point blank that there were issues only to have the owner, who had never seen the equipment, overrule those decisions. So it can be frustrating, because there are times where the answers aren't black and white (and we all want to feel good inside our homes). Your results may vary, and I know many have had good experiences. I've heard nothing but good things about their full install of new systems, so maybe that's where

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I got a brand new Trane AC/Heater less than 3 years ago & I've had to have someone come out at least 5 times because something isn't working. They last came out in Nov because I had no heat (took another week to fix because they had to order a part) Now, coldest day of the year - NO HEAT!!!! I've called 4 times today and have gotten an answer service each time. I've yet to speak to a Surgi employee.
