Cyndee brings with her over 40+ years of experience in real estate development as well as home building. She continues to move the company forward with the same philosophy and culture that established Dave R. Williams Homes as THE luxury home builder in Prosper and Celina. A life-long resident of the Frisco/Prosper area of Collin County, Gary joined Dave R. Williams Homes in 2004 as a Construction Manager.
Today's Builder Television show is an award-winning marketing program featuring home builders. They are nationally recognized as the Gold Standard in their field. In 2018, Dave R. Williams Homes was hand picked by Today's Builder to "tell our story" on national television. We were incredibly excited to participate in this venture!
We are pleased to announce that we have won the prestigious Best Builders Award from D Magazine once again for 2021!. This is the sixth year in a row that we have won the award, having first received it in 2016. Our past award include a two-time winner of Prosper's Builder of the Year by Gary Castleberry.
We just had our dream home built by Dave R. Williams Homes. We were referred by a friend who suggested we inquire if they would be a good fit for us. After seeing the model in Prosper and looking at the quality workmanship, we were blown away. Gary Castleberry and Eldon Carter were absolutely amazing, and to say a pleasure to work with would be a gross understatement!

These people are building a house behind my home in the Estates at Craig Ranch West. In the past two weeks one of their subcontractors has damaged my fence, not once but twice. The first time they bent one of… my rod iron panels almost a foot, when they hit it with one of their machines. I talked to their fence subcontractor and he promised to fix it but that conversation was over a week ago and it is still not fixed.
This morning I brought my dog out to play in my yard and I found another damaged section with three of the rod iron pieces bent and two of them torn off the fence on the bottom

I represented a client who built a luxury home in Prosper with Dave R Williams Homes. Cyndee and her team were FABULOUS! They are experienced, professional and a true pleasure to work with. Designer Cheryl and builder Gary are truly focused on listening and meeting the client's needs. Both have great foresight and vision and the final product is truly amazing.
