I used to love Herreras carpet cleaning company. Both father and son would come out and do a great job. I had an appt today, which I thought was at 1pm, which i need to postpone due to me being a new mom to a 1 month old. I called and ask if I could move appt to 2 days later and boy did the father give me a bad nasty attitude. He goes on to say my appt. was at 930am, not 1pm and that I apologized because I honestly thought it was at 1pm. He was yelling saying this was the 2nd time he came by and I didnt answer, which is a lie, I have always been in communication with him or son if I needed to move

Edited: after a call from the technician and clearing up a misunderstanding I'll say that this bussines is very responsive and takes responsibility very seriously. other than the miscommunication about the estimate and service which was not due on their part, they actually reimbursed me for some items that got caught in the crossfire of the cleaning solution. they were professional about handling the situation and actually got my recommendation for future references. I apologize again to the technician who had no idea what the previous conversation was about. 10/10 cleaning and quick to answer

I contracted this family owned business to clean my porcelain tile with 8 years of grime build up. I explained to them that I didn't want the salesman approach. Just to be honest with what they can deliver. They did a spot clean on a few tiles just to ensure that I was comfortable with the outcome. It looked great so we proceeded.
I also expressed my concerns regarding the baseboard. They were freshly painted and I didn't want the machines too close the the walls. They heard my concerns and suggested to hand clean the perimeter of the floor. This put me at ease regarding the machines

I have nothing but good feedback to share. Mario was very professional and accommodated my request to treat and clean the areas where my cat had soiled the carpet. I also requested the mattress to be cleaned and that was not a problem. Overall, I'm pleased and very satisfied with the results and will be using the service again and recommending to family and friends.

Herrera's Carpet company exceeded my expectations. My daughter does a lot of unapproved D.I.Y projects in her room. Her carpet was full of paint, nail polish, slime...everything you could imagine. Herrera's cleaning process got all that up and her carpet looks like new again. They also were able to remove heavily soiled stains from my dining room chairs when other carpet cleaning companies failed. Their prices are reasonable and the workers are professional and take COVID-19 precautions. I'm so glad I found them!!!!

Booked online which was easy and quick and they came today and was very professional, courteous, answered questions I had and my parents are 100% satisfied. So it's time for my yearly cleaning and my long time carpet cleaner and I just couldn't agree on times and prices. So I begin doing my search on social media and Yelp for another business to get the job done. I found Herrera's family own business. I reviewed some jobs and some reviews and I was impressed and the price was excellent as well. The father set up the appointment. He was nice and professional. The son did the job. My appointment was at 8 am. He was on time and he did a great job in one hour. I will definitely be referring and using them in the future Best service‼

I recently had my carpet cleaned as it was time and due to the Covid -19 pandemic I was a little bit paranoid. I called and was able to book for the following day. They arrived on time and called me when they were on the way with an ETA. I was very impressed that they had PPE precautions set in place shoe covers, gloves, face mask which I really appreciated! My carpet looks amazing they were efficient, affordable and very professional.

I sent them a message on FB, and they immediately responded. Appointment was so easy. Price is definitely worth it, no hidden fees. Our Old, dirty and with pets carpet now smells and looks almost new.

He showed up on time and he explained in detail the carpet I have and the pros and cons.
I was very impressed not only with the knowledge but how professional he was, they use some plastic barriers to make sure the doors and walls do not get messed up with the hose they use. I put a picture.
Their cars and machines are brand new and clearly, it makes a difference as they were fairly quick
